DESCRIPTION

TRAILHEAD Automatic Tire Deflators will automatically reduce the air pressure in a tire to a predetermined level and stop, preventing any further loss of air from the tire. They will function properly whether your vehicle is stationary or traveling at speeds of 20 mph or less. The shut off pressure on your tires may vary due to several factors, especially the flow rate of your valve stems.

CAUTION: The greatest care has been taken during manufacturing to insure a quality product. However, if the deflators become dirty internally, they may leak and never completely shut off. They will then need to be cleaned. We recommend the use of quality valve caps at all times when not deflating to help prevent contamination of deflators from dirty valve stems, and that the deflators not be installed on your tire for more than 60 minutes.

WARNING!!!

Use EXTREME CAUTION when driving with partially deflated tires (any pressure other than the manufacturer’s recommended pressure) whether on or off pavement. If you are traveling too fast while turning with partially deflated tires you may pull a tire’s seal off of it’s wheel. You will instantly lose all the air in that tire, which may result in your vehicle rolling over or going out of control, causing DEATH, BODILY INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. The dangers of traveling with partially deflated tires are NOT LIMITED TO THIS EXAMPLE!

You are completely responsible for your own safety and the safety of those with you. JD Enterprises will not be responsible and will not assume any liability for incidental damage, injury or inconvenience to property or persons (including flat tires) as a result of use or misuse of this product.
